跨文化,融昆外。發表時間:2019-12-30 16:34 歌聲裊裊辭舊歲,舞姿翩翩迎新春。 本學期即將進入尾聲,回顧一學期的外教管理工作,點點滴滴,歷歷在目。昆城外國語學校匯集了來自英美澳加新等國家為主的21名外籍教師,語言、文化、愛好、特長等各不相同。外教從最初了解環境、慢慢的在教學、管理、招生、比賽和演出等各個方面都積極參與和努力付出,無時無處不體現了作為主人翁的責任感。外教為中西文化的交流和先進教學理念的傳播提供了更多機會,創造了良好的語言學習環境,營造了國際化的學習氛圍。我們為擁有這樣的一家人倍感欣慰! This semester is coming to an end. Looking back on the management work of foreign teachers in the semester, everything is still vivid in the mind. There’re 21 foreign teachers mainly from the UK, the United States, Australia, Canada and New Zealand, joining Kuncheng Foreign language school with different languages, cultures, hobbies and specialties. Foreign teachers from the initial understanding of the environment, slowly integrated into teaching, management, enrollment, competition and performance and other aspects of active participation and hard work, which reflect the sense of responsibility and ownership of every teacher. Foreign teachers provide more opportunities for the exchange of Chinese and Western cultures and the spread of advanced teaching methodologies, create a good language learning environment and an international learning atmosphere. We are gratified to have such a family! 來自不同國度的外教首先要克服生活中的種種困難和障礙:語言溝通,飲食習慣等。在教學方面沒有任何懈怠,課前積極備課,課堂上用豐富的肢體語言和幽默風趣的教學方式感染學生。講講本國的風土人情,文化歷史,讓每一個學生對神奇的異國風情充滿好奇,外教課倍受學生喜愛。對學校的跨文化交流起了良好的橋梁和紐帶作用。 Foreign teachers from different countries should first overcome all kinds of difficulties and obstacles in life: the inconvenience of communication when buying things, the unaccustomed diet, etc. However, there is no slack in teaching.
